Tonight I'm making some different kinds of meat. I must have an iron deficiency, because I want MEAT!
So I'm making jerky, which won't even be ready to eat until tomorrow (sad...). So until then I'm making wings. Portuguese style to be exact. Since I can't ever just do what the recipe says (what the hell do they know anyway?), I'm cooking mine over the barbeque. It makes the house to damn hot anyway.
They are called Dragon's Chicken Wings, but they aren't that hot, just really freekin' tasty. I don't measure ingredients, that would be like admitting I don't know how to do something (eyeballing a measured amount). When I get done, they look something like this:
